Deliveries:
UK & international orders of individual t-shirts are sent using Royal Mail.
For the UK '1st class Recorded' comes as the standard option, international parcels are sent using the cheapest option depending on the value of the order. If you are an international customer and would like a different delivery option please contact us before purchasing your item(s).
Bespoke bulk orders are sent using ParcelForce as standard, for the UK this is a next day service, although sometimes this can take 48 hours. Tracking is provided.
Courier deliveries come with limited cover, if you would like full cover for your order this can be arranged at cost.

If you have an issue with your purchase please contact us ASAP.
Pre-sale garments are made to order so please take care when choosing the correct size garment as we cannot accept a return based on the size being incorrect, if you are between sizes it might be wise to consider the larger size.
ALWAYS CHECK THE SIZING CHART BEFORE PURCHASING ANY GARMENT!
We accept a return if the garment has a defect, but the garment must still be in new condition & unworn. If the garment shows any signs or smells of wear a replacement or refund will not be issued.
We continually check garments for defects at all stages of handling & when packed for dispatch, so defective garments are very rare.
